How can you learn French? With our integrated online approach, speaking French is fast, easy, and effective.
With an increasingly diverse workforce, French is essential for interacting with colleagues, employees, or with your community. Making Quebec your home means learning French.
Our French conversation classes are always based on our pedagogical grid which is made up of four beginner levels, four intermediate levels, and two advanced levels. Several elements have contributed to the construction of our pedagogical grid, one of these is the method by Anne-Marie Connolly: "Moi je parle français!". At the time we used it, it offered an excellent logical progression of the different grammatical structures for learning French.
For learning French, you have several options:
For all our language courses, we use, among other things, the natural approach. This approach is similar to how children learn their mother tongue; the learner (like the child) is immersed in the language from the start. There is no translation and no explanation in the mother tongue. Why? Using translation can help build vocabulary faster in the beginning, but the price will be paid later when the learner has to change their way of thinking. To learn more about this approach, here is an article on the subject: the natural approach.
As soon as we cover the basics, we include work vocabulary.
For all our training programs, the first step is always an oral evaluation. This test done by an experienced teacher is done by telephone or videoconference and positions each potential student in our grid of 10 levels. Depending on the level of the learners, the test can last from 15min to 20min. To learn more about our tests, visit.
Our approach is developed for you, thanks to more than 30 years spent providing training to people like you. Whatever your training needs, we are here to support you in your process, from the beginning to the end.
